4PRESS recently added sourdough to its offerings. We loyally support ancient techniques and simple processes to prepare excellent products for our customers and clients. Our sourdough starter originated from a Manton, California winery, and has been throughly tested for its vigor. Each loaf of handcrafted sourdough bread prepared by Chef LeRoy is given meticulous care. The process of making each unique loaf of bread is a careful and thoughtful undertaking.
